  5. Copy of government picture ID ( ex. driverUs license)
  6. Your signature on request form
  7. You must be at least 18 years old.
  8. Certified check or personal check with check guarantee if
     requesting record in person.
     Certified check or personal check if requesting by mail. 
     Personal checks by mail will take 30 days to process.

	The third largest LDS Branch Library has 40,000 to 50,000 microfilms
	including all of the federal census from 1790 through 1910 and the three
	Soundexes.  The 1920 census has been added.  They also have access 
	to the materials in the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City,
	Utah.  Everyone is welcome to use their library.

	Archives, oral histories, artifacts and a library documenting the Jewish
	experience in Arizona can be found here.

Their large genealogical collection includes the following complete sets:
"War of the Rebellion", "The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record"
and the "New England Historical and Genealogical Register."  In addition, they
have cassettes of the NGS conferences, law library and AZ State Archives.

They have anthropological and historical information on Native Americans
and several pamphlets on how to research Native Americans.

The DAR lineage books are here along with many history books which can
provide information on immigration and migration patterns.

Sun Cities Genealogical Society Library

They have a large collection of the periodicals from genealogical societies,
throughout the U.S., lineage books of various societies, many materials on
Ohio and Pennsylvania and the cemetery records of Sunland Memorial
Gardens in Sun City.  In their periodical , "The Genealogist" , they have
published the 1850 and 1870 censuses of Maricopa County and are
publishing the early marriages of Arizona.

Arizona State University

Here you will find:  "The William and Mary College Quarterly " , "TylerUs
Quarterly " , "The New York Times" . "The Slave Narratives" and much more
including a collection of Federal documents.  Their English materials include 
the TIMES of London ( 175-current), Notes and Queries (1849-current),
"GentlemanUs Magazine" (1722-1907) and the Victoria history of the counties 
of England series.  In addition , there is a very extensive map collection in
the Noble Science Library which is on campus.

Arizona that have genealogical collections and it is our intention
to list them as soon as possible.
