                What is a signature file?

  A signature file is a short (four lines or less) file that
is added to the end of your mail or BBS postings.  It is
a convenience feature and should be used to add your Full name,
User ID, and optionally, an affiliation.

  As long as you keep it brief, you may also "personalize" it.
A short quote, or even a small graphic (must be in ascii only)
is permitted.

  Just remember, it will be on EVERYTHING you send so keep it
short, and keep it clean.
